Terms of Service

 

In order to use or access SunshineSurfClub.com (further SSC), you must agree to our rules listed below. We reserve the right to update or change current ToS at any time without prior notice.

 

 

Legal Liability.

SSC and its components are offered for informational purposes only; SSC shall not be responsible or liable for the accuracy, usefulness or availability of any information transmitted or made available via the site, and shall not be responsible or liable for any error or omissions in that information.

 

We are not responsible for the accuracy of information shown on promoted sites. We always suggest investigating any site of your interest more closely before joining and especially investing any money at.

 

You agree to use this service at your own risk.

 

 

Accounts.

You must use your real (legal) name while signing up. We reserve the right to ask for proof of your name at any time. You are not allowed to change your name at SSC without letting us know.

Only one account per user or IP is allowed (we can make exceptions but we need to know about them first).

We reserve the right to refuse and/or delete members for any reason without giving notice. We do not tolerate cheating in any form!

 

You must submit a functioning e-mail address (preferably gmail) in your profile.

You agree to receive our regular updates, news and offers.

 

You may not sell or give away your SSC account. You are also not allowed to re-join SSC again for any reason. Either you use your existing account or ask us to delete it.

You are not allowed to ask other members to re-join site under you. Any reports will lead to your account termination.

 

You may not sell or re-sell any SSC credits that you have earned in any way. You also are not allowed to transfer your credits to anyone else. Send us a support ticket if you want to gift your credits to another member and we will proceed case-by-case.

 

You are not allowed to use any auto or bot software.

 

Anyone found cheating on our site will lose their account with everything collected.  

 

 

Advertising.

You must have at least one active site in rotation. You are not allowed to add SSC itself into rotation here, you must promote it elsewhere.

 

You are only allowed to promote sites with your referral links, not anyone else's.

 

We reserve the right to refuse and/or delete any ads for any reason without giving notice.

Some examples of what is NOT allowed to promote:

  • Adult Content, Pornography, Violence, Offensive language, Illegal Content;
  • Auto-surf programs;
  • Frame-breaking sites;
  • Sites with viruses, Trojans, or any spyware or auto installing software;
  • Sites with more than one video, or any sites that will cause surfbar to slow down.

 

 

Promotion.

You are not allowed to spam anyone with SSC links in any way. Any reports of doing so will lead to your account suspension and losing all of your downline and earned credits and commissions.

 

You may use SSC Affiliate Toolbox and Personal Splash options for promoting SSC. You may also make your own splashpages, but ask for our written permission if you want to use any of our data.

 

 

Payments.

  • Cashout.

Payout minimum at SSC is $10. Commissions are paid every Saturday after 14 day grace period. Commissions will be paid only if your name matches the name in your payment processor account. We reserve the right to ask for the proof of your name at any time (for example a screenshot of your payment processor account with your e-mail address and name are both visible).

 

Commissions will not be paid to suspended accounts!

 

We reserve the right to hold or withdraw any earned commissions if your account is being investigated.

 

 

  • Subscriptions.

Members are solely responsible for keeping track of their SSC subscriptions. If you decide to change your upgrade, you must cancel your previous subscription in your payment processor account. Same follows your upgrade cancellation. You must cancel upgrade in your account yourself. We can not do that for you!

 

You can cancel your upgrade at any time. We do not refund money for the any time left in your subscription. Your subscription will last exactly as long as you purchased it, whether you intend to use it or not. The only reason you might lose your subscription, is if your account gets suspended.

 

  • Refunds.

As SSC is offering non-tangible items used for advertising, we do not issue refunds on any purchases.

 

 

Intellectual Property Rights.

All content included on SSC, such as all images, logos, icons and graphics, text, audio and video and any software is property of the site. No part of this website may be reproduced or transmitted in any form or by any means without written permission from the owners.

 

 

Data and Privacy.

We will never share, trade or sell your details or personal information with anyone at any time (unless required by law).
